Our natural instincts are to love, to give, to grow, to flow

To align with these instincts is effortless because we naturally enjoy following them

Like a hobby, we do the actions they suggest for their own sake

We do these actions for the naturally fulfilling feeling that they generate

To suppress these instincts creates misalignment

Fear, sin, & desire for control are learned responses

But our instincts will always win out in the end

Love, give, grow, flow
